I am using a broadband wifi router.
Signal strength on Dx app is one dot + 2 bar on my D5.
My wifi router is on the main floor at one end of my house. D5 is on the second floor at the opposite end of my house.

Check the dirt or hair wrapped around at motor axle under the pulley and under the plastic washer at the axle. Put a tiny drop of sewing machine oil below the plastic washer after cleaning.

I fixed a D5 with reboot me error by replacing the left drop sensor.

You tested the left drop sensor is working with a good Dx series drop sensor.
Try replace the right drop censor. It may be your right drop sensor is not working.
