Re: Botvac D75 battery connector on the motherboard
The pins are soldered to upper layer of the board, not to the middle.
I have replaced them (all pins for the battery board)in complete with no problem.

Re: How to troubleshoot Neato BotVac main board?
VBattV,12.26 VExtV, 22.45 These jumps above 19V indicate that the base controller does not regulate the output voltage, it is regulated haphazardly, this is a direct indication of the failure of the base, the voltage can not be higher than 19V for the built-in robot control. Yes you are right :thum...

thanks for snooping sharing
I see the on\off switch is moved.

Ra\/en
Also make sure the motor pulley which drive the silicon red belt is not dropped down closed to base,
If it touches the friction will prevent the Lidar motor from start.

Re: Disabling wheel sensor
tocs : if you open the cover just follow the 2 twisted wire gray+brown from each wheel switch to the board,
you can disable the left one by making short on the wire going to the board.

Re: Botvac stuck at "new software is available" screen
Yes I had this same issue with Botvac board,
After few reset and restarts it came to life again.
But it might be also a hardware issue as George mention.

As for this mod i think it might wor...

Pcb is faulty, could be yours is same fault. check with multimeter the voltage on the charger bars wit...
