Re: Does anyone have a Scooba 390 filter?
Yeah, it seems that the filters are getting more scarce. I can't even remember where I got my replacement filter. Just keep looking for one and one will pop up at some time. Also, it's fine, you can post this here. Also also, any Scooba 300 series filter would fit it. Good luck with finding a filte...

Anyone with CAD experience? I have a 3D printer and need som
I have a like-new Scooba 390 I cherish to this day, but the parts market has been scarce. For example I lost my filter a few days ago (the wife found it fortunately) but I could not find a replacement at all. I’m not looking to profit off of anything, I’m just saddened to see little to no Scooba par...

Does anyone have a Scooba 390 filter?
I can’t seem to find mine, and there’s nothing online (unless I buy an entire unit for parts).

What grease to use for wheels?
I have a Neato that’s been a reliable workhorse workhorse for several years now, but I’ve noticed the wheels can be extremely squeaky at times. I’m certain it’s not the brush, because I can hear it when the brush is turned off. What grease would be best? Lithium?

Re: Neato D5 Lidar issues resolved
Thanks for this! So strange how so many people have been experiencing this EXACT problem recently. I ordered a new belt and a lidar motor (all for under $25) but I will be trying this tomorrow.

XV 21 in “dead mode”?
I have an XV21 that I’m trying to get running. When I plug in the charger directly in the port, the led flashes green and the unit attempts to turn on (makes a buzzing noise) only to have it go “dead”. Any indications on what this could be?

How to check Neato dock using multi meter
I have an updated XV 21 that uses the signature series dock. I purchased a used, but apparently functional, dock online but can't get it to work. I don't think it's the Neato as the dock from the older XV 21 somewhat makes an attempt to charge. Where do I place the multi meter and what readings shou...

Re: 4 beeps on a new Scooba 390..
Remove the battery and read the voltage with a multi meter. Hello again, hope your weekend is going well. I tested the battery and it was within the normal limits. As you saw in my previous post, the Scooba ran until completion yesterday. My assumption is that since the battery has been in storage ...

Re: 4 beeps on a new Scooba 390..
Remove the battery and read the voltage with a multi meter. I'm replying here to provide in case other users experience this issue. So I'm still waiting on my multi meter but decided to give the Scooba another run out of curiosity. The indicator light was solid green and I removed it from unit for ...

How can I read the stored voltage? New to this but eager to learn. Thanksvic7767 wrote:Remove the battery and read the stored voltage, after 12 hours it should be showing about 17 volts.
Also read the stored voltage after completing a full charge? For example the Scooba light is currently a solid green

4 beeps on a new Scooba 390..
I set a timer and on minute 15 the Scooba made 4 beeps. The manual indicates a “charger error” but out of curiosity I turned it on again and it ran for about a minute or so with the red light flashing indicating a “discharged battery”. Any ideas what could be going on? It has been charging for about...

Re: Oops, interrupted new Scooba during refresh charge
Thank you Vic, happy to see you around. When I was rinsing out the tank I noticed there was water “trapped” in the underside of the tank. Can’t take a photo at the moment but its in a region where there is a thin, almost transparent plastic. Is this normal? Second, do you know where we can still get...

Oops, interrupted new Scooba during refresh charge
Picked up a brand new scooba 390 and I foolishly+impulsively decided to run it after changing for about 3-4 hours. It cleaned for about 15 minutes before dying. When I plugged it in, the light was just pulsing green indicating normal charging (as opposed to the flashing green when doing the refresh)...

Bought two XV-21s but there are some obvious differences
Hi I’d love some information. I haven’t had a sec to closely compare them yet but at first glance the main difference is the power switch for beside the dust bin compartment. I believe the one with the switch is the new version because of the serial #. Any notable differences?

[Roomba 560] Main brushes AND side brush not spinning
Hi guys, hope you're having a good week. I'm trying to repair my aunts Roomba and it appears that the main brushes + the side brush aren't spinning. I cleared debris from both parties and they appear to spin fine by hand. In addition, when I put it to run it travels normally however it makes a grind...
