Did everyone get the ConnectR letter from IRobot telling us there is not going to be a ConnectR in the current version? Sad.

Well the Looj experiment with IRobot apparently didn't work well as Woot is selling them for $39.99.

Reilly call IRobot and get a replacement wheel as you are still under warranty. This is not an uncommon problem and they will send you one as they had to do for my sister.

Welcome to the board

So we have now seen (if you include the original twisted type) no less than 3 different brush groups by my count with a 4th if you count the pet series. These you link to show yellow removeable ends but the same straight bristle as I got.

Most of us that have the newer style CHM that was backorderd just got it in the past week. Not enough time to tell if it will have the older problems.
