I just want to temporarily "disable" the cliffs sensors at the back of the robot to see if it works correctly (if it's move).

To see how your Roomba will operate, place it into the built in tests program and test all sensors and motors. To learn how and what the tests do read this document from iRobot 500 series service manual:

I already "test" the cliff sensor. The fourth front sensors are OK but the two at rear don't work. One has an defect IR LED and other don't emit IR light. I checked the IR with a camera to see if they emit a light. The front LED are OK but not the two back LED.

Have you a link for service manual for 800 series ?

The same service manual can also be used for the 600 through 900 model Roombas. The ability to monitor the SCI channel will be of great benefit for the later models due to additional tests as well as additional test results.
