Roomba Discovery - No Suction

Hi,
My wonderful Roomba Discovery 5020 model doesn't suck the dirt up. The brushes turn, the dirt gets pushed along, but not sucked up. The Dirt box stays empty. Can someone help me, please.

Make sure the brushes are turning under load. Take off the dust bin, run a mission, and observe the brushes then. Issues include stripped out gear to brush mating surface, stripped out gears due to wear and dirt, bad motor, and blown transistor on the circuit board.
