Roomba 780 Repair

I am working on a Roomba 780 with the Dock and Clock lights missing (I think). This the first time working on a 700 series Roomba. From a few youtube videos, I saw the lights for the Dock and Clock buttons. The Dock and Clock lights are not on.

The BiT indicates that the right rear cliff sensor had failed. The failed cliff sensor stops this 780 from starting a mission. I took the top cover plate off. After removing 12 screws under the top plate, I cannot take the main cover off. Something is still holding it to the bottom assembly. Have anyone ventured to remove the main cover! Any help will be appreciated.

Update 1:
Found 2 more screws under the silver half circle piece located near the control button. But something is still holding the main cover...

Folks, if you love you Roomba, please cover your Roomba when not in a mission. This is important if you have small kids and pets at home. 700 Series Roomba is not waterproof...

The damages:
- missing Dock and Clock light
- missing the clock/schedule digits
- failed cliff sensor driver(s)
- may be more to be discovered

The main board is protected by the plastic cover from major damage that I see in the 500 series. At least, the BiT is still working. The cliff sensors connections are on the front panel control board which is not covered by plastic.
