Faulty Power Supply?

Hi All,

I have had a quick look around the site but can't find what I'm looking for so I apologise if it's here somewhere and I missed it.

I am getting charging error 5 on one of my 500 series bots and have determined through substitution that the fault is with the Mains power supply. I have tested the PSU with a digital volt meter and have found it to be putting out 15.7v and not the usual 22.5 v.

I know the fault to be with the power supply but does anybody on here know which internal component would be at fault? As I would rather replace the internal component than pay £30 plus for a new unit.

Any help would be appreciated.
