Roomba 650 Questions

Hi all! This is my first post. We received a Roomba 650 for Christmas and love it. We have mostly hardwood and 2 dogs so the floors need daily cleaning. I have a couple of questions:

1) Can the Roomba be paused during a cleaning cycle to empty the bin? We have a lot of floor to clean.

2) If the Roomba needs to recharge before the entire floor is cleaned, will it automatically start cleaning again when charged to finish the job?

1. Yes, but the roomba doesn't remember where it has cleaned. It may remember how long it has cleaned the current area.

2. No, it will not resume cleaning.
