advice?

Thinking about purchasing a Roomba 650 or even a 630 model...I have 2 Golden Retreivers and a Lab/Border Collie mix, so LOTS of pet hair that we just can't keep on top of.

How are these two models at picking up pet hair?
Also, we have 3 levels in our home...I assume there is only one base station...would I either move the base station from level to level or just carry the little guy to a different level and tell him to clean? How do people deal with multiple levels?

You could purchase additional homebases for the other floors. With the addition of the Aerovac bin and a 700 model CHM there is less debris remaining on the brushes and more in the bin.

Or, you could do like me and go Robo Crazy
I buy used or AS-IS 4xx and 4xxx ... have 2 upstairs (carpet), 2 main level (hardwood / tile) and one in basement (laminate).
We also have 1 cat and 2 dogs..
These robots are awesome
