I've owned the Tenergy 14.8V Lithium 4400mAh Battery since July 28, 2016.
Let's be real.

I have used this in 4 different Roombas.

The 560, which is my favorite Roomba so far worked fine with the Tenergy for about 2 weeks. It will run nearly 3 hours non-stop on medium shag carpet. The bad news is that it gets an error 5 when finished charging and will not run on the scheduler. My whole Roomba world relies on the scheduler. It's my favorite function, well, besides the actual vacuuming. I need to run it when we are work because when we get home, I need peace and quiet.
I eventually picked up a Roomba 770 and inserted the Tenergy battery and for almost 3 whole weeks it worked perfectly and ran on the scheduler. Then, at around 2.5 weeks, it pulled an ERROR 5. Why? I tried plugging directly into the 770, which didn't change the ERROR 5, I cleaned all charging surfaces and nothing changed. I believe the Tenergy is the problem. All my Roomba batteries work fine in both the 560 and the 770. No ERROR 5's. So, what gives? I want a new Tenergy but don't want to buy one, but would rather exchange this one for a new one. Who can help with this? Thx.

want a budget battery ? I recommend Tattu 3500 NIMH roomba replacement battery just $18.99, and free shipping if you buy 2 packs. This battery is excellent! I have had my Roomba 770 for quite a few years now and the battery would no longer hold a charge for more than five minutes. I purchased this battery to replace the factory original battery, and it has been great so far. It charged up fairly quickly and my Roomba was able to vacuum my whole house on just one charge, which the original battery was not able to do.

That is not an iRobot original battery, but, it will work in your 650.

You can Buy it from the accessories section on amazon in economical prices. Li ion battery is long lasting best for the vacuum cleaner
