Hi!

Need some help from you guys around here. Recently my 3 year old boy poured a glass of water on my Roomba 780 while it was charging on the dock and it stopped working. We took the robot apart and cleaned up all the water including Mother board and used a hair dryer to blow dry all the parts then reassembled but only saw a red warning sign and some traces of blue light on the screen. Supposed if we Want to change the motherboard, where will be a reliable source that we can get them from the internet as I see that on Amazon there are motherboard that worked for all 700 series and other website there are motherboards for specific model of 760,770 and 780?

Many thanks in advance!

If you want your 780 to work as a 780 (Lighthouse accessory) then replace with a 780 board. casino187 is a trusted ebay seller for iRobot Roomba parts.

I don't mean to hijack a thread, but it's semi-relevant and my own thread went completely silent with no replies... Vic, happen to know a good place to get 900 series rollers for cheaper that are oem quality? iRobot is just a bit expensive for them. Knockoff ones seem too big in diameter and shorter on length, causing a tangled roller error on carpet.

Like you, I don't like the extractor knock off sellers. I do get iRobot email 20% off offers from time to time and then along with free shipping I will order lots of goodies to last awhile. Thanks to our state of Louisiana I also get to pay state tax of 10% so I basically get accessories for 10% off.
