iRobot Roomba 570 stopped working after cleaning

Hi!

I run professional repair service center for Roomba, today two Roomba's 570 have stopped working after cleaning in ultrasonic cleaner, that I have used for few hundreds times before and always everything has been fine...

Motherboards show no physical signs of damage, but they don't "boot", no di di di melody, or led's shining either... I have checked the pins that supply the voltage from charger cord to the mobo and the voltage was approx. 22.2V, seems fine, so looks like the current gets correctly to the mobo, but the mobo is not running.

The temperature of liquid when in bath was correct ( between 63-70 Celsius deg. in both situations )

Which element could get damaged ?

:help: Big help request :help: :help: :help:

CPU runs by +5REG power. Without it, Roomba will not sing the power up song. +5REG is generated by buck converter circuit.
Charging battery directly: 400 Series, 500 Series,. How to Desolder
