help from users on Roomba 770

Question one.

Just joined and hoping I can get some help. I bought a used Roomba 770. It looks great and powers on. when I press the clean button, the motor runs as normal but then nothing turns. The wheels don't turn and the brushes don't turn but it suctions because I can feel air coming out the exhaust. Can anyone suggest where to look or try?

I have a Roomba 650 that appears to work correctly but after a moving correctly for a few seconds, it goes in a circle, backups if moving from Dock and just moves in a circle. Any ideas.

I am new to the forum and would like to be involved. I like the robots and find them interesting.

Regards,

Mark

Check the battery voltage on your 770. On the 650 check that the front wheel can spin on its axle and turn around inside the holder.

http://www.robotreviews.com/chat/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=19533Check this thread under 700/800 for right wheel H-Bridge.
More than likely you have lost the enable bit.
It is common to all the H-Bridge circuits. Both wheels, Chm and front brush.
On 500/600 charging also, not sure on 700/800.
