Roomba 560 doesn't send power to Head Cleaning module?

Postby typofonic » August 12th, 2018, 1:12 pm

I have a Roomba 560 whose HCM for some reason stopped out of the blue. The Roomba moves around just fine without errors but the motor Head Cleaning Module doesn't run at all. At first I thought the HCM was dead, but I have already tried replacing the HCM without 2 other HCMs that work just fine in another Roomba 500 series. So it seems that it just doesn't receive any power from this Roomba all of a sudden. The battery is fine (and pretty new).

Any ideas on how I can fix it?
