Well, the Post Office does still sell stamps in denominations less than 10 cents... but you will need more than one or two to actually mail something :) ;)

They have contacted me twice so far assuring me that the order is being expedited.
I've bought TV's on line without this much Seller interaction.

Maybe sixteen cents converted to Yen is worth more than I'm aware of!

Hope it doesn't affect the trade balance.

Just looked on the USPS website: they sell in sheets 10 cent, 5 cent, 3 cent, 2 cent, and 1 cent stamps. This is in addition to normal sheets of postcard (35 cent) and extra ounce (21 cent) stamps.
