Roomba i7+ Red solid light after update process

Hi, my New roomba i7+ after first setup, was updating but something goes wrong and stuck with red light, retry button in app doesnt work.

I pressed clean for 20sec, roomba reboot, but has endless swirling clockwise White light.

Cant to connect with app anymore.

I See roomba in app "near robot " section But when I press Home button nothing happen

Adding new roomba doesnt work too. I get no sound when I have to Press home+spot buttons.

In my network roomba is visible (router admin Page)

Any advice?

I talked with helpline but without any results.

Did you try removing the battery and reinstalling it?Any major problems I had in the past with my 980 was solved by doing that.

I Removed battery for 3 hours, after that roomba has still swirling light. Cant connect to app. Nothing changed

Have you tried uninstalling the app, and then reinstalling?

Leonicholson, Yes I tried. I also download older ver of android app. I install app on iPad also.
