I see velcro strip between side brush and cleaning head edge - commercial show it take off hairs from side brush and put in rollers zone. Also, new brush is only 3cm length but it reach corners, unlike much longer side brush in round Roomba.

I think this refers to the angle at which the brush digs into the floor. It’s probably to balance being able to effectively flick dirt out of corners versus pressing so hard on the ground that it wears out the brush prematurely.

Like "Ivory Soap is 99 and 44/100ths percent pure", which was a number from the quality report for ONE batch of soap tested in 1895!!! This report was produced by a laboratory specifically hired to demonstrate that Ivory was purer than the castile soap then available.

From the earliest "sticks and stones" technologies of our prehuman ancestors to the latest "high tech" technologies of today, I like studying it all!
