Roomba 770 Charging Error 5

Good afternoon. We have a Roomba 770. When docked for charging, after about 30 minutes, a Charging error 5 message is displayed. I have cleaned all the contacts. Reset the device and installed a new battery.

Does anyone have any further advice please?

Within the Roomba battery cavity there are 4 tangs that make contact with the battery. Pull up on all 4 tangs to improve electrical contact with the battery contacts. That may help with your issue.
