M6 streaking

Postby qjschum » July 7th, 2019, 10:24 pm

So I've noticed with the M6 it leaves horrible streaks on my hardwood floors. I personally think it cleans well. Anyone else notice this issue? Anything you've done to improve it?

Yep! We already returned ours. We tried adjusting the spray volume, water only, pre wiping the floor (incase it was just to dirty), nothing helped. Everything about it other then that is awesome, if there is a fix I may go pick one up again as I'd really like to clean up after my dogs daily

Even with the latest software it leaves tire marks everywhere on my dark hardwood floors. Many people from what I see and reviews have returned the robot due to the wheel marks left after the water dries. I have tried everything even the washable pads.

Are the wheels on the M6 different from the wheels on the Braava 380t? I have the 380t and it works well and no streaking.

I believe nearly the same but two wheels on both sides.
