Aero Vac upgrade is just a new bin and the filter? or is it a new set of brushes, bin etc.

I find the Aero Vac works well, the brushes don't get much fluff, but still some fluff around the ends of the brush and beater shafts at times, but far less maintenance and no fluffy pieces left on the floor from the brush.
I don't know if it is actually quieter then before, as you hear the beater and brushes, whereas before you never heard them before.
