Dead PCB in XV-25 Charging Base

Postby JakobRosenberg » December 16th, 2012, 2:50 pm

Hi, does anyone know if it is possible to repair or order a new PCB for the charging base for Neato XV 25. The green light in the power adapter starts flashing whenever I plug it in to the charging base.

Presently no-one has identified what component has failed in the charging base circuit board. The only option is to obtain a replacement charging base. Of course if under a warranty you have a second option.

Hi Vic and thank you for your reply. Am I correct to assume that this is a somewhat common problem?

EDIT: Do you know if the XV-11/15 base is compatible with XV-25?

This is NOT a common issue. I suspect that the XV-11 and XV-15 power supplies are compatible but I also suspect that the higher models like the XV-21 and XV-25 use a different power supply.
