Return Neato xv-25 to Amazon.co.uk (from Italy).

Hi everyone,

do you know if amazon will give me a full refund for my neato that I have been using for about 5 days?
It shows some sign of usage, in particular on the little wheels on the back and on the filter which is off course not clean.
Have you had any similar experience?
I would not like to have a 50% refund for an almost new item.

My plan would be to buy a VR100, which is in a nutshell an improved version of the neato.

VR100 is much more expensive and have little to offer in my opinion. The side brush also means more maintenance...

I may agree with you,
but the longer battery, the greater suction power and the lower noise are, in my opinion, worth the 200 more euros (especially for medium-big houses).
The side brush can be shut down if one wished.
