Neato has been working pretty good for a year+, but now it's got the defect which says "my brush is stuck, please free it from debris".
Called neato, they said to replace the brushes, did that, no help.
Now neato says: so sorry, your unit is not under our worthless warranty, even though thousands and thousands of these units have the exact same defect we will do nothing. Please send us $400 for a used reconditioned unit.
I've taken the unit completely apart, cleaned it, removed any hair from the motor and reassembled. No help. Clearly the defect is in the rpm sensor.
I'm really pissed. This POS cost $500 to begin with and hasn't lasted for squat. I can't believe a company with known defects will not do anything for their customers.
Anyone want a free doorstop?
