Neato webpage has removed Connected D7 & other?

Postby bcarpenter » October 31st, 2017, 6:20 am

I've been hanging out, waiting for a firmware update for my Botvac Connected, as was announced with the Connected D7. However, I have just discovered on Neato's webpage that all reference to the Connected Dx series of robots have been removed! This web page…

https://www.neatorobotics.com/robot-vac ... ed-series/

…now only lists the Connected. The Connected D3 & D5 have been removed & the D7 pre-announcement pages are no longer linked (although the web page does exist if accessed directly).

Any ideas what's going on here?

As you mentioned, the D7 page can only be reached via direct link:

https://www.neatorobotics.com/robot-vac ... connected/

... however, I do see that the D3 and D5 are on the website along with the Connected.

Hmm, thanks for the reply. I see what happened. I must have been browsing an international page last time when I found those bots. When I posted the above message, I must have been looking at the Australian page, where the D3 & D5 are not available. Sorry for the confusion!

I really hope that the software updates come to the older models. I would even pay for that.
If Xiaomi can do it so can they.
