D5 connected brush error

Postby Karoq » July 5th, 2018, 5:31 am

I have a D5 that is now out of warranty. The vac connects to WiFi etc no problem and has a brand new oem battery fitted. When starting a clean it comes off the base starts up the vac motor then the main brush spins up about 5 seconds later it stops beeps and comes up with either a clean my brush error or a clear my path error. I have looked in Neto control brush works fine from what I can see and lidar also seems to be working fine any ideas from any experts on here will be greatly apprieciated.
