D3 won’t connect to WiFi and keeps turning off

Postby Zochstar » July 14th, 2018, 10:23 am

Serious issue. I have tried every type of hard reboot. When I turn on the powers button the blue Info light and green power light both slow blink alternating for about 20 seconds. Then the blue one goes off and the green one stay solid for perhaps another 30 seconds then it turns off. It appear the robot is turned off then. I have to start all over and it just keeps doing the same thing. Is the battery dead? Am I I’m some weird mode that I need to get out of. It’s not connected to my Neato app so I don’t have any error codes. Not sure what to do now.

Pull out your battery and measure the stored voltage.

With a volt meter? Or how do I measure it. What should the reading be?

Yes a digital multi meter would do the trick. You should read around 14vdc when fully charged.

@zochstar did you ever figure this out? I have the same issue. I'm reading 14.4V on my multi-meter.

So I tried a new battery and a new base station charging station. My Neato still did the same thing so I have something else going on outside just a bad battery or charger. I am sending it to a Neato authorized repair center.
