Neato D8/D9/D10 could not update from 1.0.0 to 1.7.0

I have some Neato’s in stock for 2 years. At first start, I cannot:
- connect the Neato to the internet (after ‘connection verified’ it returns with an error)
- manually update, uploading the firmware 1.7.0 results in update process / yellow blinking lights, but update doesn’t work.

Who can help me with this issue or has an older firmware update?

I'm not very familiar with the software side of Neato's so my guess is it's something either with Neato's server side or your WiFi standard is something that it does not support. Try a 2G network if you are using a 5G network.

I have a D5, updating online doesn't work either, and if I update via USB, I have another problem, I can't register on the neato servers.

Apparently this is due to the closure of the company, unfortunately

I hope it is just server maintenance because Vorwerk said they would keep the servers up for 5 years.

Still the question: Does someone have a download of the former firmware?
