Mint 5200

Has anyone here had experience with the Mint? Would you recommend it?

I've just noticed....this might be in the wrong forum? If it is, can someone move it to Evolution? I was looking at the Mint sale on iRobot last night that's why I put question here.

I have the 4200 which is similar in operation to the 5200. The 4200 lacks the fluid dispenser and also takes a long time to charge.

The 4200 does a good job on wood floors in sweeper mode and will do a decent job of cleaning lightly soiled tile in mop mode. I use a combination of water and Bona hard surface cleaner on tile. Since the 4200 doesn't have a dispenser I spray sections of the tile with cleaner. A Mint will not clean grout well or scrub. I use mine weekly on wood and tile and use a roomba and scooba once a month.

The number one Mint feature for me is how quiet it is.

I don't own the Scooba but think the Mint may be helpful on kitchen and Bathroom tile between major scrubs. The special for the Mint on iRobot looks good....I'm adding a Mint to my Robot collection...
I never heard of the cleaner you mentioned but I'll check my local grocery store to see if they have it.
