Hello!
This is my first post here, although I have learnt much from here already

I got a broken 510 from a friend which had the charging error 5. After a bit of research, I decided that the charging circuit had gone, so I thought of it as a good opportunity to upgrade it to a nicer model. I ordered a 560 PCB, charging pads and a scheduling control panel and I am almost done replacing it.
However, the little IR sensor (virtual wall sensor?) on top of the bumper has a slightly different connector on the new PCB. It's no big deal ordering a new one, but I am quite anxious to start using my new roomba, and it seems very easy to just file the connector on the sensor side down a bit and connect it. Does anyone have a clue if it will work, or if it in worst case scenario could break my new PCB?
