Servo Gear Help!!!!!!!!!!!

Postby confusion » May 27th, 2018, 9:27 pm

This is the first robot I've ever built. I need to have gears, but the axle is wobbly, so the gear attached to the servo won't spin the gear attached to the wheel. Any suggestions? Thanks!

If possible use longer axles and have the free end of the two axles meet in the middle. Put a snug-fitting tube over them so that they are forced to stay aligned when they rotate. If you cannot extend the axles put a tube between them anyway. You can get these (eg brass) tubes at the hobby store.

PS: It comes across very rude when some total stranger gives you some information, and you are dismissive of their input on the grounds of some random information that you hadn't provided in the first place.
Just sayin'...
