Almost frozen out

Post by Chuck3737 »

I was away a long time. I didn't know my username or password. It appears to me that there is no way to escape this. The site has no way to send you a lost username based on E-mail alone. I tried to re-register, but this was disallowed because my E-mail was already in use. Further, there's no link to send E-mail to anyone to save you. I got lucky and still had my username way back in my Gmail archives. I don't see any other way out except to reregister with a different email address. I think there should be a way. Or maybe I missed it.

On the login page you will see this link: Resend Activation Email. All you have to do is put in your email address you used to register and it will send you the information.

I'm not sure if there is a way if you forgot your username.. :(

Are you saying there is a way without a username? I couldn't find it. That's the dilemma. Total lockout if you can't remember your username. Maybe just a contact link?
