If you don't dress up your Roomba, it's just a naked vacuum.

Creating the RoomBud avatars was fun but the idea that they just sat there drove us nuts. With the use of our advanced super duper technology, you can now have living breathing moving RoomBud avatars. Check 'em out in the profiles gallery.

My only question about the whole roomba cover is:
Doesn't covering the port for the vacuum cause harmful stress to the seemingly fragile motor?
OK, I actually have two quetions:
What about owners who say their roombas overheat during use? (note: I have never seen a post where they say anything about using a roombud cover so I am not blaming this issue on the covers by any means)
Before I would be prompted to buy one, I would have to know the general consensus on these possible issues.
They are a great idea and I applaud your success with them. Now if you could get licsensing to make them look like official Nascars, I bet you could sell a lot more. Heck, I bet if you made them just look like a Nascar and let owners put the finishing touches for their favorite drivers themselves you would still have a good market and not be infringing on any copyrights or trademarks. You might have to check it out with the popularity of Nascar.
Football helmet roomba covers from pro and college teams would probably be a hot item as well. Just think you could put covers on from two opposing teams and let the roombas go head to head on game day. LOL OR, get enough roombas with covers from two teams and run plays. it would be like one of those vibrating football games from when I was young only in much larger scale. Two people could control scheduler versions (one for each team) to run the play. One would be offense and the other defense. Using the remote you would try to score or defend using your roomba!
Ok, perhaps I am going a bit too far with this.... Sorry....

All that glitters is not gold...
All that vacuum are not Roombas.

The RoomBud costumes have a flap that is cut in back of the cover over the vents to let the air out. You can fold the flap over so that there is a clear path for the air through the vents. It's kind of like butt flap on those old one piece long johns.
