Cannot post topic because "similar to existing"..

Hello.

I've been trying to post a new topic in the Neato forum for the last 10 minutes, but no matter what I do it says: "The subject of your topic is similar to existing topics" and won't let me post it. It's quite ridiculous because my topic is something in the line of "long hairs getting trapped in brush" while it suggests that things like "battery doesn't last long" is a similar topic. Clearly they have nothing to do with each other. Is there no way to post my topic when I get this message?

I even had the problem when posting this topic. It was almost impossible to find a topic that isnt similar to anything. Frustrating!

Ole,

Even though it says there is a similar topic, if you scroll down, you can still post it. Just look for the Submit button.

It didn't work last time I tried. It just kept showing the same message even when pressing "preview" and "submit" again and again. Must have been a cookie/cache problem or something. It seems to work now so all is good

Same problem, not fixed.
Also could not post new topic here for same reason so added on to this topic. Hope to get reply

Old thread. Same problem. Had to post with topic "asdfasdf", then go back & rename the topic later.
