I have just been looking at 3d printers but don't have a clue ,
So have ordered a company to build me one for £18 delivered which is a fair price, will donate you a beer also
Is it worth investing in a printer

Could use Silicon, or a hot glue gun. On my bot, I've not used anything, and the suction is pretty decent.

Would your bot easily pick up oats flakes?
Mine really struggles

This bin has been a great upgrade. The only frustration I have is it no longer detects when it's full so if it fills up 1/2 way through the house it's gonna keep on going and not really pick up much after that resulting in needing to run it multiple times. I also have the occasional issue with it thinking it's dirt bin is out when it's not but typically easily resolved. I had wondered if any additional improvements had been made since the initial release which I found through yeggi.com where a re-print might be worthwhile.

I no longer use the original software that was used for the initial design. I'm still using the very first prototype to this day, and my bot did suffer with a failed dirt bin switch. I just shorted it when I had to fix the bot a little while ago.

Their isn't much improvement needed in the design, as it's already maximizing capacity along with suction.
