There is a "First unread post" link located at the top of each thread. It is very useful link and save me lots of time without scrolling to the new post(s) of a thread.
If it is not involving too much work, it will be a time-saver if we have the "First unread post" link or icon located at topics list screen.

That feature is very nice, especially when there are more than 1 page of posts. I always look for the red icon in front on the main forum page, as well as in the different sub-forums. Thanks. I finally figure it out. From the topics list screen, look for this icon (
) on the left of each thread title. It gets you to the first unread post of that thread.
