I just moved this to Site Suggestions and Feedback. I don't have a Mac, so I can't comment. But, what I do know that HTML is the same regardless of OS.

Re: irobot pages + Mac computers
I have a Mac OS 10.3.9 with Safari 1.3.2 (old!) which crashes on many sites but I just registered my brand new 570 tonight without problems.
Re: irobot pages + Mac computers
I haven't had any issues with mine. I'm running Leopard 10.5.8 and Safari 4.0.3 so everything is up to date. Try repairing your permissions or reseting Safari/emptying the cache.

Actually, this is only sort of true. While the code may be identical, the interpretation of the code is often different. Ask any web developer about web browser incompatibility and you'll get an earful about Explorer, Javascript, and CSS incompatibilities. It's a bit of a nightmare, although it's gotten significantly better in the last few years as Microsoft has moved to be more compliant.Fraggboy wrote:I just moved this to Site Suggestions and Feedback. However, iRobot's website is definitely Mac compatible. I've used the support and forum pages quite a bit from home on my Mac.

I have a mac. Well a couple Macs. Ok more then a couple but you get my point. Anyway regardless of which Mac I try to access the iRobot Create forum I get an error. I have tried a Duo Dock (Doesn't work on most websites anyway ) a G3, G4, G5, and a couple Intels. I think it is a problem with iRobots page.sircastor wrote:Actually, this is only sort of true.
