Any particular reason the Robot Mods section never got off the ground?

Suggestion for the yet to fill Mods section: make it some sort of directory to posts in other sections.
In case of any use I have maintained a directory to Neato mods in one single post topic http://www.robotreviews.com/chat/viewto ... 20&t=16475
Though not very appealing to have a directory to only one brand of robot. Something to keep in mind if other material shows up to inspire such a project.
I do not anticipate any further modifications, at least for utility cleaning, to Neato's as most possibilities have now been covered and every accessible functionality seems to have been tinkered with; it's not practical to modify Neato's software required for further improvement. (Though some have vainly said the same about physics; but this is a particular product.) As time passes there will be no recent references to this directory post/topic usable by readers to find it; only subject searches of the forum will show it. Perhaps that is for the best. sic transit gloria etc.
