iRobot Server is currently offline...

Hi,

I bought 2 units of Roomba from China, the Roomba 960 and Roomba 694. (confirmed original)

I could setup the roomba with the app fine.
But the only issue i have is that i could not control the robots remotely while on mobile data.
If i'm connected to the same network, i could control them fine.

And also i have tested the app on iPhone and Huawei, it works fine to control remotely. but it doesnt work for samsung and xiaomi phone.

i have a local USA set 980 at home, and the Samsung is able to control it remotely.
It's so weird.

All are running the latest firmware.
Tried the latest apk, 2.6.4 and also 2.3.0, both didnt work for samsung and xiaomi

Can anyone help me please?
