Ive got the "vision blocked 3000" fault code and the lidar is not moving at all.

So the unit is bust then I read something on neato.com that I could try and upgrade it to make it work in some mysterious way.


I guess "scan lds" is lidar test?

Ive tried downloading the neatocontrol(.exe) but cant launch the program!What am I doing wrong?

Im trying to fix my mothers xv signature pro (lidar doesnt spin) by getting 3,4. The lidar "belt" is okey.

Am I stupid?

I did clean one of them according to the guide. The other one that was working "sometimes" got a spray of wd40 and itdid the trick... For now.

This was almost a year ago... The bots been wokring fine until now (again).

No one else with this problem? Got a new under warranty but its a shame to throw this "almost wokring" botvac in the trash.Its been running fine for at least 9 months...

It clicks when the bumper is pushed in...

Hi there! My 1,5 month old botvac is broken again... This time the bumper sensors on the machines left side dont seem to work. It drives to an obsacle and instead of hit it and change direction the wheels start to spin for like 5 seconds... Then it feels its not going anywhere and changes direction....
