Thanks, Gordon. I found this thread late last night. Measured resistance across the resistor and it measures 1.3 Ohms, which seems correct (too late and too tired, forgot to update the post). Sounds like a dead motherboard. Sometimes there are visually blown components (I've seen components blown clean off the board), but not always. Our Roomba 560 is dead. Here are the details: - dead means no lights, no sound - when charging, when not charging, and no response to button presses (I have tried the "Reset" procedure, the 10 second Dock+Spot hold) - I removed the battery, DMM showed about 2V. Charged the battery manually...
