Hi Techguy, In my attempts to revive my ailing D5, I have tried flashing the 4.6.0 and 4.6.1 firmwares, as well as 4.5.1 (which wasn't a Neato release, only Vorwerk). None of these allow the robot to be registered on Neato's servers, so they can't get online properly, and none of them allow the robo...

Any way I can get a copy of the Neato_4.4.0_72.tgz ? Sure, I just sent it to you in a PM for now since the forums won't let me upload it. I saw on one of your posts that you have a few Neatos that you seem to hack around with. Would be great if you could try some of the stuff from the white paper. ...

Had a similar issue, again with D5. Dud battery from another unit, naively put it in D5 to check it was dead, now D5 won't recognise original battery, that software switch has been thrown.
Anyone know of a straightforward way to downgrade/reflash firmware to manually reset this issue?

I've had a very similar problem to this, where a 'bad' battery has triggered a software response (Having Trouble screen) which doesn't seem to be easily corrected. In my case, I tested a battery from another connected Neato to see if it was the cause of issues, before reinserting my original battery...
