The only thing I am really thinking is either something went wrong hardware wise or firmware wise. Sorry I can’t be that much help. I normally work on the older botvac series. I recommend trying to contact Neato Support but if not I will try to dig in deeper.

The new iRobot products are a mess, these new bots aren’t even made by iRobot, they only put their name on them. I miss the old iRobot. Pretty much everything started falling apart after the Amazon deal fell through.

The problem there is also connecting directly the charger into the roomba without station. Can I update the firmware of roomba ?? iRobot recommends cleaning the dock and robot charging contacts. If that does not fix it try contacting iRobot support.
