I've tried it, but it doesn't work. As said i will probably fill the cup up all the way next time and see if that works. but still.... wish i could just get the darn thing to work.

Ok this has already been said throughout this board. But I'm curious what has worked for people who have had this problem? Ok I just bought it for my mom for christmas, and that blue light quite frankly is driving me nuts. So far i'm considering this one of the most worthless things I have ever boug...
