It's got the same brush and vacuum idea as the Neato vacuum.

Hmm I don't think I can disassemble without researching and knowing how to. That looks very challenging

I can't seem to find the trilobite anywhere locally and it's rare online.

How much does it cost and where can I find?

It has been discontinued. First introduced in 1996 means it is very old at this point.

Expensive things are always easy to disassemble, cheap sh** are not, its not made to fix, you throw it away.
350$ and its better than a new cheap one :)

Hello all, I love my trilobite still, just bought new batteries!
Another problem just came up, currently it stops after 3 mins and gives error 5 (roller stuck). Same issue happens with roller removed.
The roller motor is no more working, roller is not rolling.

I opened machine and cleaned tested+motor a little but still same error still,
this motor seem to roll slowly when I give it a power with 9v battery,

any tips?

I think I dont need the roller at all, Is it possible somehow to bypass it, how does the machine recognize its stuck, what is the 3rd wire going into motor, there is red, black and brown

If you love your trilobite, then maybe getting a new motor is worth it? They are available for less than one battery pack from electrolux (site here in sweden: https://shop.electrolux.se/Dammsugare/D ... 1128743539 ).
Not sure where you are though..

Or, another option:
I have a three trilobites still doing their round here in my house, and purchased one (second hand of course) with bad suction motor for spare parts, so another option for you might be getting a (broken?) used one, cheap of ebay or similar.

Sorry for answering so late, maybe you have already given up or fixed it ..
