ECOVACS DeeBot OZMO 930 Mopping not Working

Hello all,

I have a DeeBot OZMO 930 and love it but the mopping function does not work. When I connect the mopping pad the robot says "I am ready for mopping" and will go around to clean but it does not pump any water out.

The holes on the bottom of the machine are clear and I have the water amount set to MAX I still cannot get anything. I have also tried a another moping reservoir but that didnt work either.

Has anyone ever had a problem like this? What can I troubleshoot next? Do the pumps go out on these?
