Electrolux Pure i9 Error 23, even with new batteries...

So I got an E23 error on the i9 from a famiy member, and figured a battery swap would fix it. But still after I added new batteries and cleaned the terminals on the vacum side with electronic cleaner its still displaying a red battery and E23 when on the base. Nothing when off the base.
Is there any other common fault that stops battery from working on this unit?

Is there any way to reset this or connect it to the usb cable to maybe update and fix it aswel?

Salve, anche io ho il tuo stesso problema,hai risolto? Io sto impazzendo, ho messo nuove batterie ma non è cambiato nulla...sono disperata,se hai trovato una soluzione puoi dirmi come procedere? Grazie mille
