Neato Xv 14 backing up with one wheel when starting a house cleaning.

I was testing Neato Toolio and Neato Connect today and after I used the right wheel command in Neato Connect when I started a house cleaning with my Neato Xv 14 and it started backing up only with the right wheel. :help:

Actually it was Neato Control and not Neato connect. I always get confused :lol:
