roomba bluetooth usb

Hi,

Is it possible to make roomba bluetooth interface, using hardware from simple blutooth usb adapter togather with serial cable?

No.

Bluetooth USB devices operate at HCI level and require complex drivers.
If you could build the required cable (at all) it would require micro controllers and lots of code.

Sorry.

Get a BlueSmirf from sparkfun.

The cheapest way to do it is to build one yourself using a BlueSmirf chip from Sparkfun. They run about $60:

The rest of the parts come in at about $10 altogether, making your total $70. However, like vic7767 said you can just spend an extra $30 an buy a pre-made Rootooth which includes a nice case and already works.
