LG VR64607LV language

Post by robert.dolca »

Hi,

I found VR64607LV and VR6340LV model on amazon.de and amazon.co.uk.

http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00TXC0Q2I/
http://www.amazon.de/dp/B00TXC0Q2I/
http://www.amazon.de/dp/B00IG5OWEG

If I buy it from Germany can I change the language to English? Is it country specific?
Does anybody know if there is a difference between VR64607LV and VR6340LV?

Thanks,
Robert

Hi Robert,

VR64 series are the latest 2015 models. It is identical to the older VR63 series except that it comes with multi language support built in, English being one of them. The VR63 series comes with only Korean language installed, though it is possible to download the English language file and flash over the original Korean language.

Here are 2 links of the 2 models from a Korean site for Singapore. U can try asking the seller and see if its possible to ship to Romania instead. The prices are in Singapore dollars.

Hope it helps.

I believe the English language conversion steps have been posted here before. Nevertheless, u can follow the instructions below. U will need to download the english language file first.

1. Extract this to a clean usb (format to fat32)
2. Turn off robot vac by switch
3. Insert USB
4. Turn on robot vac by switch
5. Press start button (lid can be open)
6. Wait. It should do luigi "here we go" and you'll see light on usb stick flash.
7. Wait for complete message.
8. Turn off robot vac by switch

The script will create a folder called SNDDATA.old on the USB stick and copy all the sound files off the robot into the folder, then copy the english sound files off the USB onto the robot vac.
